Records Management

  • Records Management Guidance for Staff

To better serve District 300 staff members with their decision-making about which records to keep and which are appropriate to discard, the Legal Department offers an online records management guidance. This webpage is intended to provide D300 departments and staff with the information required to identify, manage and dispose of public records appropriately. Records management also affords legal protection for the district as well as satisfying federal, state and administrative statutory requirements. The program is coordinated by Everlean Dodson, who can be reached at 847.551.8388 or by email: everlean.dodson@d300.org

    Document Imaging of District Records

The Document Imaging System is considered the district's "electronic file cabinet" where paper documents are scanned and converted into electronic documents that are stored, managed and retrieved electronically.

The Document Imaging System is administered by Everlean Dodson, who can be reached at 847-551-8388 or by email: everlean.dodson@d300.org
