Driver's Education
-
The high school driver’s education program prepares students with the philosophies, concepts, and skills needed to become a safe and skillful driver. Students enroll into the driver’s education program through the student course selection process with their school counselor. In order to obtain an Illinois driver’s license, students will be required to enroll in both the driver’s education classroom component and the behind the wheel component.
The school provides the driver education course to all eligible students that reside within the district (whether enrolled in the school or not) between the ages of 15 and 21 who request such course.
