In the survey, please indicate if your student will be attending as a remote or in-person student based upon the District's plan for a 4-day in-person option or fully remote option. We do ask that you complete one survey per student.

While the Board approved for a plan allowing students in grades K-3 to return, they also allowed us to explore options that may allow students in grades 4-5 to return "no later than January." Your response is needed to finalize our scheduling for the second nine weeks of the semester, and we ask that you complete this survey no later than 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 3rd.
