  • Boys and Girls Club

    • Eligibility: This program is only offered to currently registered Boys and Girls Club Members from Lakewood, Meadowdale, Golfview, Parkview, Perry, and Lake in the Hills Elementary Schools.

    • Cost: No cost (as it’s only available to currently registered members)

    • Program Description: Boys and Girls Club Members will participate in programs that offer time for learning and fun including STEM lessons, gym time, creative art, and games.

    Dundee Township Park District

    • Name of Program: Schools Out Club

    • Dates Offered: 11/19 and 12/10

    • Time: Program is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (pick up and drop off can occur any time during these hours) 

    • Program Location: The Rakow Center, 665 Barrington Ave. Carpentersville

    • Eligibility: Open to All D300 Students

    • Program Description: Participants will engage in a craft, gym games and swim in our indoor pool. Students will also have the opportunity to complete their asynchronous remote learning assignments on their Chromebooks.

    • Meal Information: Meals will not be provided, but students are encouraged to bring food from home.

    • Will Dedicated Remote Learning Time Be Provided? Yes. However tutoring will not be available.

      

    Hampshire Park District

    • Name of Program: Extended Care Day Camp

    • Dates Offered: 11/19 and 12/10

    • Location: Hampshire Elementary School and/or Gary D. Wright Elementary School (enrollment dependent)

    • Time: 7:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. 

    • Eligibility: This program is only open to current members of the Hampshire Park District Extended Day Camp

    Taylor YMCA Gilberts 

    • Name of Program: GES Remote Learning Days

    • Dates Offered: 11/19 and 12/10

    • Location: Gilberts Elementary School 

    • Time: 
      • Drop off 7 a.m.
      • Pick-up 2:15 p.m.
      • NOTE: Those registered for Friday's After School Program are eligible to stay until 6 p.m. Students NOT enrolled in the after school program must pick up their child before 2:15 p.m.

    • Eligibility: Open to all D300 Students

    • Program Description: The Taylor YMCA is offering e-Learning camp at Gilberts Elementary School on November 19th and December 10th. The first half of the day will consist of remote learning where students will complete all assigned asynchronous work. Once school work is completed we will do activities ranging from gym games, crafts, outdoor activities, etc.

    Village of Lake In the Hills: Recreational Division

    • Program Name: Beyond the Bell Remote Learning Camp

    • Dates Offered: 11/19 and 12/10

    • Program Address: Lincoln Prairie Elementary School

    • Time: 
      • Student drop-off between 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. for all students.
      • Half-day student pick-up by noon
      • Full-day student pick-up by 6 p.m.

    • Eligibility: Open to All D300 students in kindergarten through 7th grade

    • Registration Information: 
      • Registration deadline for the November 19th date: 11/16/21
      • Registration deadline for the December 10th date: 12/07/21

    • Program Description: Beyond the Bell Remote Learning Camp, will include a designated asynchronous remote learning and activity time (between 7 a.m. to noon, recreational activities including crafts, group games, gym or active outdoor play, and free-choice opportunities. Chromebook use will be permitted between 7:00 a.m. and noon; however, after 12 p.m., student Chromebook use will not be permitted as activities will be provided.
