If a student, parent, guardian, or childcare provider encounters a Remote Learning issue and the table below indicates there are no issues at your school, please fill out the Remote Learning Tech Support Form.

- DHES: Good morning - we are currently investigating an outage at Dundee Highlands ES. This outage is impacting phones and internet/network being inaccessible. We will provide further information as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

- All Schools: PowerSchool Learning is Currently Down
Parents and Guardians, District 300 has received reports that PowerSchool Learning is currently down. This means that some students may not be able to access PowerSchool Learning. However, each student should make an attempt to access PowerSchool Learning. District 300 will send a follow-up email when we have additional information. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Updated January 26, 2021:
- All Schools: Into Math is currently experiencing service degradation. Users are reporting slow login times and failures for launching content. They are working to resolve this as soon as possible. We will keep you informed as updates become available.
Updated January 4, 2021:
- All Schools: Rapid Identity Outage - At this time, Rapid Identity is down. This means students may be unable to access (or have difficulty accessing) various programs, including Power School.
District 300 is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and we will send a subsequent message when the issue has been resolved or when we have more details.

- All Schools: Houghton Mifflin is currently reporting an unexpected outage with Into Math. Users are reporting the inability to log into the platform. We will keep you informed as updates become available.

- All Schools: PowerSchool has identified an issue where users are unable to submit assignments using Google Drive. They are currently investigating the issue and will update when new information becomes available.

- All Schools: IntoMath: District 300 has confirmed that IntoMath is down at this time. We will keep parents informed as updates become available.

- All Schools: District 300 has received reports that PowerSchool Learning is currently down. At this time, teachers will be making a transition to interact with their students via Zoom. District 300 anticipates remote learning students will continue to interact with their teacher via Zoom for the remainder of the day.
District 300 will provide a follow-up message when the PowerSchool issue has been resolved (or if there are any notable updates).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. - Middle & High School: This is a Message for 6th-12th Grade Students and Parents of 6th Grade Students,
As a follow-up to our previous message regarding issues with PowerSchool Learning, District 300 asked students to transition to Zoom to interact with their teachers.
If any student is unable to access their class via zoom, they should complete their backup activities in Google.
Updated October 14, 2020:
- HES, WES, & HMS: Dear Parents and Guardians,
District 300 has received reports of power outages at Hampshire High School, Hampshire Middle School, Hampshire Elementary School, and Wright Elementary School.
This power outage may prevent a teacher from being able to access the internet for Remote Learning. Staff will remain at their school in the event the power is restored to continue with learning activities for the day.
District 300 will follow up with more details once we have additional information.

- PVES: We are investigating a partial network outage that is impacting Parkview Elementary School. Updates will be provided as they become available.

- All Schools: Some students may experience Zoom issues related to split meetings, including individuals attempting to join one Zoom meeting are being placed into multiple meetings with the same meeting ID. Zoom is aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.

Updated September 15, 2020:
- All Schools: District 300 has learned Google Drive is experiencing connection issues and students may encounter difficulty attempting to access or search for files stored in Google Drive at this time.
Teachers have been made aware of this issue. District 300 does not anticipate any issues or impact on student learning (this issue does not impact a student's ability to access PowerSchool or Zoom).
In the event your student does experience any difficulties today, please inform us by completing the Remote Learning Tech Support Form. - AMS, EES, and LITH: There is currently an internet outage at Lake in the Hills Elementary School.
The District 300 Technology Department will be providing hotspot devices for all teachers to connect to the internet and we do not anticipate any delay in instruction.
Students should still log in at their normal time and should proceed with their learning as normal.
In the event your student does experience any difficulties today, please inform us by completing the Remote Learning Tech Support Form.
District 300 will send another message if any updates become available.

- SHES: Sleepy Hollow Elementary School is currently experiencing an internet outage. At this time, the internet outage is preventing teachers from being able to log in to their devices. The District 300 Technology Department is investigating the issue. District 300 will provide a follow-up communication as soon we have more information.
- K-8 Schools: IntoMath: District 300 has confirmed that IntoMath is down at this time. We will keep parents informed as updates become available.

- JHS is currently experiencing a power outage effecting the entire school. Wifi does appear to be working in some parts of the building. Some teachers are able to continue teaching. If your student is able to access powerschool learning page and zoom link please attend class. We will take care of attendance for first period today. We will update you before second period. We will keep you informed as updates become available.

- HES: District 300 is expierencing a partial outage at Hampshire Elementary School. The Technology Department is working to determine the cause and restore services as quickly as possible.
Updated August 28, 2020:
- AMS, EES, and LITH: Experiencing intermittent internet issues this morning, which may be impacting some teachers’ abilities to log in and stay connected to the internet. The Technology Department is working with our internet service provider to investigate the issue. At this time, our internet service provider has not provided an estimated time for the network to be fully restored.
As today is an asynchronous Remote Learning day, students will be able to complete their assigned lessons without any disruption and should proceed with today’s Remote Learning as normal.
However, the network outage may impact some teachers who have meetings scheduled with students or parents today.
If your child’s teacher is able to connect to the internet: they will send both you and your child an email confirming today’s meeting. Due to the outage, they may propose a rescheduled time.
If your child’s teacher is unable to connect to the internet today: your child’s teacher will not be able to send an email confirmation. Consequently, your meeting will be postponed. The next time your child’s teacher is able to connect to the internet, they will send a follow-up email to reschedule the meeting.

- LITH: Experiencing an internet outage. As a result, District 300 is providing teachers and staff with hotspot devices to connect to the internet. We do not anticipate any major delays with teachers being able to log into Zoom. However, we ask for your patience should a teacher require extra time connecting to the internet via a hotspot device.

- K-8 Schools: IntoMath: We have confirmed slow loading content and/or timing out and failing to load content, while using IntoMath. Their teams are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will keep you informed as updates become available.
Updates From August 24, 2020:
- All schools (12:35 p.m.): Zoom has reported the issues preventing users from logging in have been resolved. Should you encounter any issues with Zoom moving forward today, please complete the Remote Learning Tech Support Form at: www.d300.org/RemoteTechSupport.
- All schools (10:10 a.m.): Zoom has provided the following update: "We are in the process of deploying a fix across our cloud. Service has been restored already for some users. We are continuing to roll this out to complete the fix for any users still impacted." At this time, some District 300 teachers and students have reported being able to successfully log into Zoom. D300 will provide an update as we receive more information.
- All Schools (8:45 a.m.): Zoom is experiencing an outage impacting users nationwide. District 300 will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.
- All Schools (7:34 a.m.): District 300 has received reports of a potential issue involving Zoom preventing some teachers from being able to sign-in. District 300 is working to investigate the issue and hope to have resolution in the near future. We will provide an update when we have more information.
