    Community Unit School District 300 believes that Professional Development provides ongoing learning opportunities for all stakeholders focusing toward the goal of continuous improvement. The process is intended to integrate individual, building, and district goals as well as needs. The process is enhanced by a supportive environment and networking which reflect a variety of professional development models.
