It is the intention of the School Board of Community Unit School District 300 to provide the School District facilities to external community groups and organizations, for the benefit of the community and the schools. School facilities are available to community organizations during non-school hours when such use does not: (1) interfere with any school function or affect the safety of students or employees, or (2) affect the property or liability of the School District. The use of school facilities for school purposes has precedence over all other uses.
Our district now processes all facility rental requests on line. It is a two-step process. First, you will need to register your organization as a community user and once approved you will then be able to process online a facility rental request. The overall process can take up to 10 business days.
Please review the Facility Program Guide and Fee Schedule for information and fee schedule. Any questions regarding the rental program should be directed to the appropriate building. To alleviate interruption of regularly scheduled school activities, no dates will be confirmed until approved by the building principal/designee.

Step Two: Request Community User Facility Rental
The following documents are required for all facility rental requests and must be uploaded to your online Facility Rental request:
- Certificate of insurance
- Review Facility Program and Fees - Determine your organizations fees based on your group type #.
- Estimated fees Sheet (download form & complete)
