Student Fees

    • Per Board Policy 4:140 and as authorized by 105 Illinois School Code 5/10-22.25, D300 charges school fees to our families which covers the use of textbooks, consumable materials, extracurricular activities, and other school fees that are tangential to the educational program which includes the District 1:1 deployment.  On average, the District subsidizes 77% of these costs with families being charged 23% of the costs associated with providing these items and programs.  

      For the 2018-2019 school year, the District spent on average $12,480 to educate a District 300 student.

      • Payment by cash or by check for student fees may be made at your child's school or by mailing a check payment to the following address:

      Checks should be made payable to CUSD300 and a phone number is required on all check payments. Please include the student ID number(s) on the check. 

      All families are responsible to pay for Activity Passes, Parking Permits and Yearbooks.
