Dear Carpentersville Middle School Families,
I am incredibly excited to serve as the Principal of Carpentersville Middle School. As an administrator here for the past 5 years, I look forward to continuing to work with the staff, students, and families that are a part of our school community.
I attended Judson University for my undergraduate degree where I obtained my certification to become a Special Education Teacher. Upon the completion of my certification, I then attended Concordia University Chicago to obtain a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. In my previous roles in District 300, I was fortunate to educate students in Parkview and Perry Elementary schools. My experience ranged from teaching Kindergarten to 5th grade students within my tenure as a classroom teacher.
In 2019, I began my work at Carpentersville Middle School as a Dean of Students. I enjoyed building relationships with the students, families and staff in my first two years as a Dean of Students. I then transitioned into the 7th Grade Assistant Principal position for the 2021-2022 School year.
My goal as principal of the Carpentersville Middle School is to assist students in becoming college and career ready upon graduation. Our staff is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our students and families on a consistent basis. I am excited to continue to partner with our community to help our students achieve their goals.
I am looking forward to working with each of you this school year! Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions.
Go Cougars!
