Virtual Open House Information

Dear Parents,

As mentioned in a previous message from District 300’s Deputy Superintendent Kara Vicente, you should have received an email from no-reply@schoology.com with your parent login information for Schoology.

You will need this login information to attend your's virtual open house.

We encourage you to login prior to our Open House to ensure things are working properly.  If you did not receive your Schoology login information or if you experience any difficulties, please fill out the Tech Support form at: https://www.d300.org/techsupport. District 300 will have tech support specialists ready to answer any questions you may have or provide any support you may need.

Instructions for Accessing Virtual Open House in Schoology:

  • Step One: Login to your Schoology account by clicking here. (Your username and password information was emailed to you on August 17 from no-reply@schoology.com. If you did not receive this email, please please fill out the Tech Support form at: https://www.d300.org/techsupport)

  • Step Two: Once you are logged into Schoology, you will need to select your child that attends the school with Open House. You may visit this video tutorial for more directions.

  • Step Three: Click on the classroom teacher’s homeroom class.  You may visit this video tutorial for more directions.

  • Step Four: Once in the classroom teacher’s homeroom class, click on the zoom meeting link. This link will open a virtual meeting room with the classroom teacher. If you need any support locating the zoom meeting link, please view the following tutorial. (Please note: although your teacher may have a Zoom authentication notification above the Zoom Link, parents do not require authentication since they are not logging into a D300 Zoom Account.)
