SHES Material Pickup and Chromebook Exchange

Greetings from Sleepy Hollow Elementary School!

We are so excited to welcome our families back to the Sleepy Hollow community. We know you may have a lot of questions about our upcoming distribution days, so we hope this email may help. Thank you for your patience as we have worked through these details.

To receive materials on these days, please be sure you have completed the district online registration process if you have not already done so.

If you have not yet provided a copy of your student’s physical (for kindergartners) please bring a copy with you to drop off at school on this date. These forms are due no later than September 15. If you don’t have this completed yet, please schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Visit: and to retrieve information on registration and health requirements.

The purpose of materials distribution is to ensure that your students are prepared for remote learning for the start of the school year. We will be exchanging your students current Chromebook for a new device. You will need to bring your child’s current device and charger to exchange for new items. We will also be distributing textbooks and classroom supplies to your students that align with the needs of their respective classrooms.

Please adhere to this schedule as best as possible so that we can maintain social distancing and a safe environment for the distribution of our educational materials.

In order to limit the total number of people on site at any given time, times have been allocated based on last name. If you cannot come at either of the times assigned to your last name, you may come during another time slot.
