Important: Dundee Highlands will Implement a Delayed Start on 12/16 Due to Power Outage

Dear Parents,

This is Superintendent Susan Harkin with an important message.

Dundee Highlands Elementary School will implement a delayed start today, Thursday, December 16th due to a power outage.

A delayed start means that bus transportation times and school start time will be delayed by two hours. This means classes will begin at 10 a.m. this morning. The Dundee-Highlands school day will end at its regular time of 2:15 p.m.

Dundee Highlands will implement this delayed start contingent upon power being restored in a timely manner. In the event power is not restored, we will send an additional message with more information.

To repeat, Dundee Highlands will implement a delayed start today, December 16th, which means students will be picked up two hours later in the morning, classes will start two hours later and end at their regular time.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Susan Harkin
