Notice of Public Hearing - Waiver Application

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of Community Unit School District 300, Cook, DeKalb, Kane, and McHenry Counties (The “District”) will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Anne B. Miller Board Room at Central Office, located at 2550 Harnish Drive, Algonquin, Illinois 60102. 

The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comment on the proposed:

• ISBE waiver of School Code application to have the ability to increase fees to complete driver's education up to $400.
