Students are expected to complete the daily Word Study activities and the monthly Reading Calendar. Math homework is also to be completed on given nights. Homework is an important strategy to help your child learn responsibility.
Basic Math Fact Drill
I will be administering a basic math drill test several times during each trimester.
Warm Fuzzies
Warm Fuzzies are given throughout the day as a positive reinforcement tool. Children may earn warm fuzzies for random acts of kindness, good deeds, or good behavior. To encourage responsibility and organization, the children are accountable for their own Warm Fuzzies. If lost, Warm Fuzzies will not be replaced. Once a student has earned Warm Fuzzies they can be turned in for various opportunities or items of their choice.
