Thank you for trusting me to teach your child each day. With the help of my wonderful Paraprofessionals, I know your child will be successful this year! It is my goal to create a safe and positive learning environment for your child. I will be using a variety of teaching methods to meet your child's goals. In my classroom, we will be working on improving social skills, communication skills, fine motor and gross motor skills, writing skills, reading skills, math skills, social studies, science. I will be calling, emailing, or writing to you at least once a week to update you on your child's progress. It is important that you feel a part of your child's education and I will be collaborating with you weekly in order to do so. Please remember that if you have any questions or comments for me you can call me anytime on my direct line (you do not have to call the office first) and you can call day or night! My direct line is (847) 532-7529. During the school day, my phone will be set to only take voicemails so phone calls do not interrupt your child's learning. I will be checking my voicemails and emails consistently throughout the day and will return them as soon as I possibly can.
