Welcome to Third Grade at Gilberts Elementary School!  This is my fifth year teaching at Gilberts Elementary and my seventh year teaching in District 300. 

I attained my Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, with minors in pre-law and history, from Eastern Illinois University and received a Secondary Teaching Certificate.  I received my Elementary and Middle School Teaching Certificates from Judson University.  I also hold a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Judson University.  I have taught preschool, kindergarten, 2nd grade, 3rd grade and have also worked in 5th grade, 6th grade, 8th grade and 9th grade classrooms. I live in Hampshire with my husband and my 2 cats, but I am originally from West Dundee.

I am looking forward to another great year of fun and learning!
