Important Dates for the upcoming 2009-2010 season:

First day of practice:  Wednesday, August 12th.  Please be sure you have your physical and receive an emergency card from the athletic office BEFORE today!  Time and place are TBA.

YMCA Camp Duncan August 18th-19th.  The bus will leave DC at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, August 18th and return to DC at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesay, August 19th.  Cost is $25 per person.  A list of what to bring will follow during the first week of practice.
