Students That Are Responsible

     This year the students are learning to be organized and responsible for their school assignments through the use of an organizational tool called the S.T.A.R. Binder!  Students will be taught how to properly use and care for these binders.

Organizational tools inside the binder include:

Clear Zipper Pouch - to be used for lunch and field trip money as well as important notes.

Clear Pockets - to be used for important school information like field trip forms, spelling lists, lunch schedules and class updates.

Assignment Notebook - to be filled out by the student at the end of the day and signed by the teacher as well as the parent. 

Homework Folder - to be used for keeping the homework assignments and bring home graded work. 

Communication Journal - to be used for written communication between parents and myself.

**All materials were listed on the school supply list and are expected to be replaced should the binder or it's contents become damaged beyond repair.**
