Biographical Information:
The primary responsibility of my position is to manage and coordinate the Help Desk as the base of technology assistance to all of D300 staff, including my colleagues.
My duties include but are not limited to the following.
- Manage the Track-It!© Help Desk software application
- Assist my peers in hardware/server decisions regarding Track-It!®
- Provide telephone support for incoming questions, concerns or comments from D300 staff
- Keep managers informed of potential risks of service interruption based on information received by staff of D300 or community members
- Assist department technicians in their role as the key contact for their assigned building
- Offer assistance to building principals or staff to enhance their relationship with building techs
- Provide monthly reports to building principals for open and pending work orders
- Consult on and obtain quotes, requisition and follow the purchasing and receiving process for all technology department purchases from Dell and CDW-G
- Provide support to the technology core team in all projects directly or indirectly relating to Track-It! © and/or my vendor base
