Homework
D.E.A.R. (Drop Everything and Read) sheets will be sent home every Monday. The students are expected to read 90 minutes a week and complete and return his/her D.E.A.R. sheet the following Monday. There will be assigned spelling homework twice a week. There will be reading homework once a week. There will be math homework almost every day. If homework is not completed and returned, the students will be expected to fill out and bring home a "Bummer".
Bummers
Bummer notes are a way for me to communicate with you. Students will fill out a bummer when he/she does not return completed homework and when he/she moves his/her clip due to poor choices in behavior.
