Biographical Information:
Mrs. Franquelli has taught gifted and talented students for 26 years, and taught teachers to work with gifted kids for a decade. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Washington University in St. Louis, and received her MAT from Aurora University. She will retire at the end of this year.
