My name is Matt Nelson and I am the physical education teacher at Algonquin Lakes.

All students will need proper gym shoes in order to fully partipate in physical education. Please make sure students wear shoes that fit them and won't fall off. Students who come to physical eduction class without proper shoes will have to do an alternate activity (aerobic stair stepping or light walking).

If your child is unable to participate in physical education class, please write me a note. If your child is unable to participate for more than 2 class periods, please provide a doctor's note.
