Senior Portrait Sign Up
Attention Class of 2009 upcoming seniors, parents and guardians: On May 5th, 6th , 7th and 8th, Senior Portrait sign up takes place during FLEX in the Commons. Please make sure you choose a date to attend a photography session this summer. Parents will be receiving informational letters in the mail regarding upcoming senior portraits. Questions, please call Mrs. DiMaggio at 658-2500 ext 167. |
Summer School Opportunities
District 300 is offering a variety of courses for students during July and August 2008. The courses include English, Math, Social Studies, Science, Physical Education, Keyboarding, and Art. One Summer School Program (Credit Recovery) is designed specifically for students in need of recovering credit from classes they have already attempted. The other Summer School Program (Enrichment) is designed for students interested in earning credits to get ahead and make additional room in their schedule for elective opportunities. If you are interested in any of these programs, please contact the Counseling Department of Jacobs High School at 847-658-2500 x 173. |

Parking Information
Parking Permits for 08-09 School Year Attention current Juniors and Sophomores, student services will be selling parking permits for the 08-09 school year in May. At the time of buying the permit, students must be classified as a Junior or a Sophomore. Current Juniors will have first opportunity to purchase their parking permit in May. All current sophomores who are interested in buying a parking permit will have to enroll themselves in a lottery in June. Students who will be eligible for this lottery opportunity will have to have ZERO Friday Detentions or Suspensions starting Tuesday Feb 12 to the end of May. At the time of purchasing the parking permit, students must be classified as a Sophomore or a Junior. There will be another opportunity for purchasing parking permits at registration for all current Sophomores while spaces are available. |
