District 300 | Assessment and Accountability | Program Evaluation (EPRT)
Program Evaluation (EPRT)
District 300 is unique because each year all of the programs of the district are evaluated by teams of staff made up of administrators and teachers who collect and analyze data on a specific program and make recommendations for budget reductions or increases. The timeline shows the programs that are reviewed and the administrators who facilitate the review groups. In April, all of the EPRT packages are rank ordered by principals and the administrative council. The 07 EPRT rankings show that Oak Ridge/Alternative Schooling, Exploratory, Instructional Technology, Professional Development and School Administrative Services were the highest ranked programs for expansion in the 2007-08 school year. All EPRT packages and the administrative rankings are reviewed by the Board of Education to determine the quality of the evaluation and resulting program expansion, status quo or reduction. |
