Fees may be paid as follows:
Online payment using RevTrak for current students only
Payment by cash or check may be made at your child's school or by mailing to the following: Cindy Schalk, 300 Cleveland Avenue Carpentersville, IL 60110. Checks should be made out to CUSD 300.

The Free and Reduced Lunch Application must be completed annually.
After families have been notified in writing that they qualify for the 2012-2013 school year Free and Reduced Lunch Program, the fees listed below will be waived. Families who do not qualify for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program are responsible for payment of fees by August 13, 2012. The Free and Reduced Lunch Program application will be available at the Onsite Registration, at all District schools in late July and on the District website. The deadline for completing and submitting the form to the District for processing before the first day of school is July 27, 2012.
Fees waived by qualification are as follows for the 2012-2013 school year
- If you qualify for FREE meals the following fees are waived: Registration Fee, Drivers Ed, Athletic Participation, P.E. Locks and P.E. Uniforms.
- If you qualify for REDUCED meals the following fees are waived: Registration Fee, Drivers Ed, and Athletic Participation
*Families qualifying for Reduced Lunch are responsible to pay for P.E. Locks and P.E. Uniforms.
All families are responsible to pay for Activity Passes, Parking Permits and Yearbooks.
The 2012-2013 Free and Reduced Lunch Program application will not be available before July 15, 2012. the District cannot accept this year's (2011-2012) application form for the 2012-2013 school year.
