Registration information
Registration is an annual requirement for confirmation of enrollment. Students who transfer to another school as a result of a change of residence will be required to submit proof that they continue to reside within District 300 boundaries. Incoming Kindergarten students may complete registration at the Spring Kindergarten Roundup. Enrollment information for continuing students will be posted on the web site each year.
New Student Enrollment
To enroll a new student, parents must submit a certified legal birth certificate (hospital/baptismal certificates are not acceptable), two proofs of residency in District 300, physical examination and immunization records, and any previous school records.
