SAT and PSAT 10 April 5th Assessment Day Information
The Illinois State Board of Education has transitioned to the SAT as the state-funded college-entrance test administered to juniors for the 2016-17 school year. Additionally, District 300 promptly adjusted by adopting the SAT Suite of Assessments provided by College Board, which offers practice assessments for students to gain some crucial SAT practice and to monitor progress towards maximizing achievement on the SAT.
Freshmen already tested in the fall (PSAT 8/9) along with juniors who took the PSAT/NMSQT, which provided the juniors practice for the SAT.
The state-funded SAT for juniors will be given on Wednesday, April 5, 2017. Additionally, District 300 will also test the sophomores with the PSAT 10 on Wednesday, April 5, 2017.
