The first D300 Health & Wellness Fair is TODAY! It will be at Hampshire Middle School and is open to EVERYONE from the D300 community. The free movie is at 5 p.m., and free activities for all ages are 6 to 8 p.m. including Wii games, an obstacle course, scavenger hunt, and learning about nutrition, exercise, first aid, and more! If you can't make it today, the next Health & Wellness Fair is March 5 at Dundee-Crown High School, and the last is March 19 at Westfield Community School in Algonquin. Come one, come all!
D300 parents, students, staff, and community members are invited to attend the district's first-ever series of Health & Wellness Fairs, in partnership with ARAMARK food service. Admission is free, and each family-friendly fair will start with a screening of the highly entertaining and informative movie about fast food in America, called "Super Size Me" (rated PG).
