Parents and Guardians,

Several District 300 schools will serve as polling locations for the February 28, consolidated primary election.

As student safety remains our highest priority, each voting location is strategically placed to ensure that the general public does not come in contact with D300 students within the building.

Dear Parent/Guardian:

Beginning January 1, 2017, Illinois Public Act 099-0843 requires schools to request an Asthma Action Plan for all students diagnosed with asthma.  The Asthma Action Plan must be written by a physician, kept on file in the School Health Office, and be updated annually.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

In alignment to our commitment to student and staff safety, District 300 is enhancing our security procedures. Effective March 1, 2017, all District 300 schools will implement a new visitor management system, replacing the current paper-based sign-in sheets. This system will check visitors against several security databases prior to granting access into our schools. The system will also automate the process by which the District tracks visitors.
