News and Announcements

With flu season upon us, it is a good time to remind our students the importance of good and frequent hand washing, to always cover coughs and sneezes, and not to share personal items, food, or drinks.

The District 300 Board of Education would like to wish all of our students, staff, and community members a wonderful holiday season.

The holidays provide a great opportunity to take a break from the increasingly hectic and fast-paced nature of life. It is our hope that you spend the holiday season surrounded by the people and the activities that bring you joy.

May you spend time laughing with family, reconnecting with friends, and enjoying the holiday traditions that are significant to you.

We send our warmest wishes to you and your family during this holiday season.

District 300 is interested in parent feedback regarding student pictures, including thoughts on the quality and the cost of photographs.

Parents, please take our brief student photography survey at:https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/studentphoto

District 300 is proud to announce that we have 16 students selected for the Illinois Music Education Association All-State Festival this year!

The D300 Community Leadership Academy is intended to allow us to provide stakeholders an opportunity to learn more about our district’s operations/policies, initiatives, and Board functions. Participants will also have an opportunity to provide feedback on existing policies and those currently under review. While not a decision making body, the group’s feedback and participation does factor in to the final determination and recommendations.
