CHARGE / PURPOSE


This committee was established to oversee new construction and renovation of buildings in District 300 and to monitor the operation and maintenance of facilities in District 300. This includes:

A. Monitors and reviews Life Safety issues and the districts compliance to these standards.

B. Reviews and approves donations made to the facilities that involve enhancements to the physical facility or grounds.

MEETING DATES FOR 2013-2014

Effective May 5, 2014 the location of the Board Construction Facility Oversight Committee Meetings has been changed to Hampshire High School, 3rd Floor Conference Room B, 1600 Big Timber Road, Hampshire. Meetings are held on the 1st Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m.
