The September 5, 2017 Board Construction & Facility Oversight Committee and the Board Finance Committee have been changed to Monday, September 18, 2017 and are being held at Gilberts Elementary School, 729 Paperbard Lane, Gilberts IL 60136. CHARGE / PURPOSE


This committee was established to oversee new construction and renovation of buildings in District 300 and to monitor the operation and maintenance of facilities in District 300. This includes:

A. Monitors and reviews Life Safety issues and the districts compliance to these standards.

B. Reviews and approves donations made to the facilities that involve enhancements to the physical facility or grounds.
