The purpose of the School Wind Consortium Joint Action Renewable Energy Agency (SWCA) is to jointly plan, finance, own and operate certain facilities for the generation and transmission of electric power and energy from renewable energy resources. In doing so, this will directly or indirectly reduce the energy or other operating costs of the school districts represented by the School Wind Consortium Joint Action Renewable Energy Agency (SWCA).
