Why do we use Haiku?

Haiku is the District 300 Learning Management System. This user-friendly system allows D300 to run in a cohesive environment, where students and parents have access to teacher websites, and other useful District 300 resources. Haiku is a web based program where you can stay connected to your child's education. This central location of content enables students and parents to easily view curriculum and assignments for many of their classes.

Haiku also syncs with Google Apps. This allows students to turn in assignments with ease, and also lets teachers directly comment on their work.

Why is Haiku important to you as a parent?

  • It allows you to keep up-to-date with your child's classes
  • View and access homework assignments
  • Access the curriculum being taught
