Thank you to our amazing community for your tremendous support! This campaign has drawn to a close. On Friday, December 16, 2011, Governor Pat Quinn signed the Sears legislation. The final legislation represents a historic, hard-fought victory (however bittersweet) as a fair and reasonable compromise in achieving our goal of a win-win for Sears and our school system. Please read page 2 of the Dec. 12 news release for a summary of the numerous goals that were achieved and what this new law will mean for D300.
